Cancellation Policy
I require all cancellations and rescheduling to occur 24 hours BEFORE your appointment. If a cancellation or reschedule is required under 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the booked service. In the event that you do not communicate that your appointment no longer works for you, you are running past the 15-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time, or do not show for your appointment you will be charged 100% of your booked service.
